YBNL Boss Olamide to Lands In Prison or Pay some Amount as he Landed in Trouble With Federal Government of Nigeria

YBNL Boss Olamide to Lands In Prison or Pay some Amount as he Landed in Trouble With Federal Government of Nigeria

Just of recent when Nigerian rapper and boss of the YBNL Nation "Olamide" released his new song “wo!” his prayers most have been for the song to announce his name to ears that have not heard him; while ensuring his name stay on his existing fans lips.

I think his prayers seem to have been answered both we are not sure if it is in a way the “eniduro” crooner would have wanted.

Just of recent that the Nigerian Government has launched a campaign to ban smoking in public places including motor parks, shopping malls and health care centres.

The Federal Ministry of Health has taken to its social media account to share a frozen photograph from the video were some youths were seen smoking and the ministry is quoting the national tobacco control act of 2015 that Olamide has committed an offence by sponsoring and promoting smoking of tobacco which is an offence punishable by law.

It is not clear is the video will be ban or Olamide will be prosecuted for violating the law. Trust nigeriafilms.com to bring you the unfolding scenario.

Meanwhile, if Olamide is charged and convicted he will be charged fifty thousand or spend six months imprisonment because, Section 9 of the Nigeria Tobacco Control Act 2015, once convicted, offenders are liable to a fine of at least N50, 000 and/or six months’ imprisonment.

The law is taken seriously to protect and promote the citizens’ right to health, life, physical integrity and safety.

Now what do you guyz think about this..... Drop your comments here.
