Seun Egbegbe Was Granted Bail, Has Case Adjourned Till February 8, 2017

Alleged thief of 9 iPhone worth of 2 million naira, Seun Egbeegbe was arraigned before an Ikeja (Lagos) magistrate court earlier today (Thursday, November 24) and was granted bail, with the case adjourned to February 8, 2017, reports has it.

The theft case against the film marketer was before Mrs. A. J. Atunwa at Roseline Omotosho Court House in GRA Ikeja.

The magistrate admitted the accused on bail, with two sureties who have N2 million in their account, and property in Ikeja area of Lagos.

The controversial film maker was in a black and white buba and sokoto, with a blue and green pull over.

He pleaded not guilty!

It was unclear if he managed to perfect his bail conditions.

On Tuesday, November 22, Egbeegbe had been apprehended after he reportedly fled with 9 iPhone handsets valued at over N2 million at Computer Village ( Ikeja, Lagos). He was battered and bloodied until police from Area F Command came. He reportedly told the mob that he wanted to fetch the money from his vehicle before the false alarm. But no one believed him.

He was arrested and detained for two days until his arraignment today.
